Air Power Group shareholders sell the majority to Entangled Capital SGR

Banca Akros acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Air Power Group.

Banca Akros assisted, as exclusive financial advisor, the shareholders of Air Power Group in the capital investment by Entangled Capital SGR.

The Air Power Group, founded in Sassuolo (MO) in 1982, operates in the design and production of complete plants for glazing ceramic tiles. In 2021, the company recorded a turnover of around €22M, of which 46% in Italy and 54% on an international level, with an operating margin of over 20%.

The transaction was finalized through the acquisition by the EC I Fund, managed by Entangled Capital, of 70% of the shares of the Air Power Group, which also includes the companies Ceramics Line S.r.l. and Elettro-Software S.r.l. 30% of shares will be maintained by the three founding partners who already play as key managers in the group.
