On Tuesday 16th January 2024 ENEL Finance International (100% Enel Group) came back to the market with a successful SLB Dual Tranche transaction for a total amount of Eur 1.75bn.

On Wednesday 10 January 2024 Terna S.p.A. (“Terna”) successfully launched a single tranche fixed rate 7-years Eur 850 million bond. The proceeds from the issue will be used by the Company to meet general corporate purposes and to fund the needs of the Group’s Industrial Plan.
