White Bridge Investments acquires a majority stake in C.E.I – Costruzione Emiliana Ingranaggi

Banca Akros acted as the exclusive financial advisor to White Bridge Investments.

Milan, 02/06/2022 Banca Akros assisted White Bridge Investments as the exclusive financial advisor in the acquisition of a majority stake in C.E.I. – Costruzione Emiliana Ingranaggi S.p.A., from Alto Partners SGR.

C.E.I. is a manufacturer of spare parts for trucks, buses and commercial vehicles. Its products are completely interchangeable with the original ones, and the company has gained a strong reputation as the go-to partner for spare parts dealers and workshops.

CEI’s products range includes a comprehensive choice of spare parts for gearbox and differential repair and wide choice of components for the chassis as well as for steering systems, braking systems, suspension and engines.

With over 50 years of experience in the market, C.E.I has a catalogue of over 20,000 items, which is constantly being expanded through its continuous development of new solutions. The company’s distinctive qualities have led its products to be used in over 90 countries around the world.

White Bridge Investments will support the Boni family in the company’s future growth.

Banco BPM was successfully involved in the transaction, providing the acquisition financing package for the fund.

The transaction represents an example of cross-selling and cross-origination driven by an M&A deal and demonstrates the consolidation of the Group’s role as a key player in the Italian mid-market.
