Adon Capital Limited acquires a 60% stake in Sicurezza & Ambiente S.p.A.

Milan, 14/10/2020 – Adon Capital Limited has acquired a 60% stake in Sicurezza & Ambiente S.p.A., Italy’s leading provider of post-accident road cleaning and restoration services. The transaction will facilitate and support the current transition process from the Company’s founder/shareholder to the management team, as well as support the Company’s growth.

Founded in 2006 and based in Rome, Sicurezza & Ambiente is the leading provider of post-accident road cleaning/restoration services, collecting and disposing of solid and fluid waste dispersed in accidents so that traffic flows and road safety can be promptly restored. The Company has grown over the last 10 years at a CAGR of 6.2% in terms of revenue. In 2019 it achieved a turnover of approximately €18 million and an EBITDA margin of approximately 23%. Adon Capital’s entry into the capital will further support the Company’s growth and market consolidation.
