Eni S.p.A. ("Eni") today successfully launched a new hybrid dual tranche bond with a total nominal value of 1.5 billion euros. Banca Akros acted as Joint-Bookrunner.
On Tuesday 14 January 2025 ENI S.p.A. priced a new dual Tranche hybrid transaction addressed to institutional and professional investors only. The proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes and to finance the Tender Offer on the outstanding Eur 1.5bn coupon 2.625% hybrid bond with a first call date in October 2025.
SEA has successfully placed a € 300 million bond with coupon 3.50% and maturity January 2032. Banca Akros acted as Joint-Bookrunner.
On Wednesday 15 January 2025 SEA S.p.A. (“SEA”) has successfully placed a new Eur 300 million 7 years fixed rate bond. The proceeds of the issue will be used by the Issuer to repay the 3.50% bond due in October 2025 and for general corporate purposes.

On Wednesday 8 January 2025 Hera S.p.A. (“Hera”) successfully launched a new Eur 500 million fixed rate green bond, coupon 3.25%. The proceeds of the issue will be applied by the Issuer, in accordance with its Green Bond Framework, to finance strategic projects aimed at the green transition and aligned with the Taxonomy.

On Tuesday 19 November 2024 SNAM (rated Baa2, BBB+ e BBB+ by Moody’s, S&P’s e Fitch) made its return to the bond market with the fourth visit to the Euro bond Market this year, with a SLB note, addressed to institutional professional investors only, of €750 million at 7 years and of £600 million at 12 years. The Euro tranche will pay an annual coupon of 3.375%, while the GBP one will pay a coupon of 5,75% payable semi-annualy.
