The legal effects of the partial proportional demerger of Aletti & C. Banca di Investimento Mobiliare S.p.A. (Banca Aletti) in favour of Banca Akros S.p.A. (Banca Akros) will be effective as of 1 October 2018.
As a result of the demerger, Banca Aletti is transferring to Banca Akros all existing relationships and related rights and obligations forming the “Corporate & Investment Banking” business unit. Banca Akros will continue without interruption to exercise the rights and perform the obligations assigned to it as a result of the demerger, while Banca Aletti will continue exclusively to carry out “Private Banking and Wealth Management” activities.
