SUPERVISORY BODY

Pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 231/01, the Supervisory Body’s purpose is to oversee the operation of and compliance with the Organisational, Management and Control Model and the Code of Ethics adopted by the Company.
The Organisational, Management and Control Model and the Code of Ethics provide for the possibility for all those who become aware of information relating to the commission of offences or facts and/or conduct that do not comply with the rules of conduct drawn up by Banca Akros S.p.A. pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 to make spontaneous reports, also in anonymous form, to the Supervisory Board, either on the “EQS Integrity Line” platform, which can be reached at https://bancobpm.integrityline.io, or at the address “Organismo di Vigilanza Banca Akros, Segreteria Affari Societari di Gruppo, Piazza Meda no. 4, 20121 Milan”.
